Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Endoscopy Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assessment and Planning: Use the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and prioritize interventions.
  2. Care Coordination: Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless transitions.
  3. Education and Support: Provide patients and families with education, support, and resources to promote health and well-being.
  4. Quality and Safety: Adhere to Kaiser Permanente's quality and safety standards, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and promote a culture of safety.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Basic Life Support certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ambulatory care nursing experience
  • Primary nursing or case management experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
