Responsabilidades Esenciales:
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Inspeccionar, probar o medir materiales, productos, instalaciones y trabajos para asegurar su conformidad con las especificaciones, marcando el material con detalles como el estado de aceptación o rechazo.
- Realizar pruebas visuales y de medición, leer planos y especificaciones para comprender los requisitos de los productos.
- Discutir los resultados de la inspección con los responsables de los productos y recomendar las acciones correctivas necesarias.
- Cumplir con la política de asistencia y estar dispuesto a trabajar horas extras voluntarias cuando sea necesario; regulaciones de EHS y Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
- Dialogar con el líder del equipo de producción sobre preocupaciones de control de calidad para mejorar la excelencia del producto.
- Seleccionar muestras de salida y verificarlas utilizando métodos apropiados.
- Mantener la producción para cumplir con los objetivos de producción, demostrando un sentido de urgencia constante y ejecutando con las necesidades del cliente en mente.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y asistir en la implementación de mejoras de procesos para aumentar la calidad y productividad.
Calificaciones Requeridas:
- Diploma de secundaria/GED más 4 años de experiencia laboral en Manufactura o Laboratorio.
- Capacidad para hablar, entender, leer y escribir en el idioma local.
- Dominio de aplicaciones de software aplicables al trabajo (Oracle, plataformas web adicionales... MyWorkshop + productos de la suite MS Office).
