Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at DOMO Engineering Plastics US, LLC. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Respond to breakdown calls and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment and processes.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs and VFDs.
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CMMS and TPM systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other heavy equipment.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
