Assistant Supervisor Opportunity

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Adult Day Program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care support to individuals served, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
  • Offer guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage petty cash funds and oversee staff scheduling and allocation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely collection of individual served data, ensuring compliance with PSR requirements.
  • Enter data into electronic health systems and plan engaging activities for individuals served.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
  • 2 years of experience preferred, with prior supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel, with the ability to complete paid new hire orientation before starting in the program.
