Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and incontinence care.
  • Communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals served, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
  • Be knowledgeable of individualized care plans and provide support according to the individual's care plan.

Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects and patients weighing over 50 pounds.
