About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at adidas in Albertville, MN. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Perform various sales-related tasks, including processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining store displays.
Requirements
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
