Job Summary:
Ciena Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will provide nursing care and health education for nursing home residents while supervising a team of skilled nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and mentor a team of nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Current state license to practice as a nurse.
- CPR certification.
- Management experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
