Spiritual Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spiritual Care Professional to join our team at Trinity Health PACE. As a Chaplaincy Specialist, you will provide spiritual support and care to our participants, addressing their emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities- Visit with participants and caregivers at our center, hospital, nursing home, or in their own homes to address spiritual needs.
- Provide leadership for worship services, memorial services, bereavement activities, and Bible study groups.
- Develop and implement programs to promote healthy communities and sacred environments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in center surveys and develop plans for improvement.
- Master's degree in Theology, Religion, Spiritual Care, or Spirituality.
- 1-3 years of Spiritual Care experience, including CPE training.
- Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) certification preferred.
- Ability to plan, develop, and implement programs to meet the spiritual needs of patients and families.
