About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Integration Innovation, Inc. in Huntsville, AL. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Systems Engineering activities related to MLRS and its requirements.
  • Develop new requirements and export requirement verification matrices from DOORS.
  • Author technical documentation and perform other related systems engineering tasks.
Requirements
  • Master's degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
  • 10+ years of Systems Engineering experience or similar experience required.
  • Strong background in analyzing existing system requirements and the ability to assimilate the interaction of these requirements with other functional areas such as Software Safety, Test, and Cyber.
  • Experience with the development of systems/sub-systems requirements, systems and software integration, developmental and operational test planning and execution preferred.
  • Experience supporting Systems Engineering throughout the Life Cycle of full Software development.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology a plus.
