We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Control Engineer to join our team at PBF Energy. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced process control systems to optimize refinery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of process control systems to ensure safe and efficient refinery operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize refinery performance.
  • Develop and maintain process control strategies to ensure compliance with refinery HSE policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to process control engineers and technicians to ensure effective operation of process control systems.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process control capital projects to support refinery capital plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in refining or petrochemical industry.
  • Proven experience in process control engineering and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of process control systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
