As a key member of our support staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience.

Job Summary

We're offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients by phone, email, or in-person.
  2. Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.
  3. Communicate client needs and preferences to our medical team to ensure personalized care.
  4. Process payments and maintain a secure environment for sensitive information.
  5. Perform routine office duties, such as scanning and faxing documents.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a love for animals.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
