Position Overview

AgriSteel, a division of Bayland Buildings, Inc., is currently in search of a dedicated Field Fabricator-Welder to execute fabrication tasks on various projects. This role encompasses full-time employment with year-round opportunities, allowing you to contribute to our employee-owned organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
  • Adhere to a culture of safety and quality in all operations.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, and constructing components from technical drawings.
  • Experience with Stick Welding (SMAW); D1.1 Structural Certification is advantageous.
  • Skilled in operating hand and power tools effectively.
  • Capable of lifting heavy materials periodically (up to 50 lbs from ground to shoulder, 80 lbs from ground to carry).
  • Experience operating Forklifts, Scissors, and Boom Lifts.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Some travel may be necessary.
  • Possession of a CDL or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
