We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. About the Role

As a pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification.
