Job Summary:

The Parking Control Officer will manage and support customer service initiatives and operational planning. Responsibilities include various roles such as Ticket Writer, Info Booth Attendee, and Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting in the coordination of parking and transportation for campus events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticket Writing: Patrol parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Booth Attendee: Provide directional assistance and issue visitor permits.
  • Event Setup/Tear Down: Assist with the logistics of campus events.
  • Customer Service Representative: Act as a liaison between the parking office and the campus community.
  • Boot Driver: Manage immobilization devices and facilitate vehicle towing.
  • Auto Assistance: Provide assistance to motorists in need.
  • Supervisor: Oversee student employees as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma.
  • Valid US Driver's License.
  • One year of experience in a public-facing role or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with two or more years of experience in parking and transportation.
  • Experience in staff management.
Background Check Requirement:

A criminal background check will be conducted on applicants under final consideration for employment.
