- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize pharmacy operations to achieve financial goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to promote CVS Health's services and products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy remains competitive and compliant.
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
- Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license.
- Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
