We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at AmericInn by Wyndham Duluth South. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, reconciling credit card transactions, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for hotel management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
  • Reconcile financial records, including credit card transactions, occupancy percentages, and room charges
  • Produce and distribute reports to hotel management and department heads
  • Process administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required
  • Execute front desk clerk duties, including processing reservations and check-ins
Qualifications:
  • Computer proficiency and experience with accounting or reservation software
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate overnight shift hours
  • Front desk clerk or hospitality experience preferred
  • Diploma or equivalent from high school required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compensation: $16 per hour
