Job Summary

Dedicated Personnel, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team as an Order Picker/Packer in the Irondale area.

This role plays a vital part in warehouse operations, requiring the ability to collect order notes, select items, package and secure them, operate handling equipment, and update inventory records.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a similar warehouse position, familiarity with forklifts and other equipment, and strong language skills in English.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect and review order notes to understand delivery requirements.
  2. Select and retrieve items from storage shelves or rooms using barcodes or other identifiers.
  3. Pack and secure items before loading them onto delivery vehicles.
  4. Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to move items efficiently within the warehouse.
  5. Update inventory records after retrieving each item.
  6. Load delivery vehicles with selected items.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar warehouse position.
  • Familiarity with forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong language skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and physical stamina.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
