Job Overview

THS National, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the project manager in conducting property inspections, obtaining necessary permits, and meeting budget requirements.
  • Coordinate with the property manager to schedule inspections with local building inspectors and fire authorities.
  • Evaluate specifications for plan procedures, start and completion dates, and ensure proper trade partners are secured and notified.
  • Ensure all safety policies are followed by THS employees and trade partners.
  • Inspect properties and units under construction regularly to ensure work conforms to specifications, budget, and schedule, and initiate any repair or replacement needs.
  • Communicate regularly with the project team regarding unit and property improvement status.
  • Assist in approving invoices pertaining to the construction project.
  • Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and with proper scope of work.
  • Document daily/weekly reports in Procore for PM and customers.
  • Assist in procuring materials, trade partners, and vendors for projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily construction preferred.
  • Ability to read and translate blueprints.
  • Experience in interior and exterior renovations is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
