Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at AmeriPro EMS LLC. As an EMT, you will play a critical role in providing emergency medical services to patients in need.

Job Summary:

The EMT will be responsible for responding to emergency calls, providing patient care, and transporting patients to medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of emergency medical procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide patient care in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Transport patients to medical facilities while ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with other emergency responders and medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest emergency medical procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current EMT certification or licensure in good standing.
  • Valid state-specific driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in high-stress situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working as an EMT or in a similar medical role.
  • Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and/or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) training.
