Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record financial transactions in QuickBooks, ensuring proper ledger management.
  • Prepare bank deposits and general ledger entries, maintaining accurate trial balances.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, adhering to financial protocols.
  • Reconcile invoices and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Oversee company expense reports and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Process reimbursement requests with the required documentation.
  • Assist in audits and tax form completion as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of both digital and physical financial records.

Qualifications:
