Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Currently be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
- Have one year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
- Be able to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Hold required certifications and licensures, including a valid CPR certification and a valid driver's license
