Job Description

 

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead for Mobile Development to join our team in Roseville, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading mobile development from end to end and guiding a team of mobile developers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Technical lead for a team of multiple software engineers (on staff & contract)
  • Architect, develop, verify, and maintain scalable, efficient software solutions
  • Work closely with systems, hardware, and firmware engineers to define software requirements
  • Define and own processes for development, implementation, and test of software
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  • Potentially, lead and organize collaboration with external development contractors / companies

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience developing mobile applications and with mobile development tools/frameworks (Xamarin experience needed)
  • Proficient in Kotlin and Android development
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and mobile backend services
  • Strong understanding of software development tools and version control systems
  • Ability to organize work and lead other engineers
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
