Job Title: Logistics Clerk - Part Time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team at E & J Gallo in Modesto, CA. As a Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day material ordering for the warehouse and overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Team Leaders from all departments with warehouse functions as needed
  • Resolve material delivery and supplier issues in a timely fashion
  • Validate receipt of materials for Modesto bottling needs
  • Provide support to drivers on COD issues and account questions
  • Work closely with all customers and provide support, order and inventory information, daily communication, and follow-up as needed
  • Report receipts of inventory on a daily basis and maintain accurate information
  • Maintain and develop a positive working relationship with vendors
  • Monitor and review the progress and accuracy of assigned work
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or state-issued equivalency
  • Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
