Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough skin assessments to understand each client's specific skin care needs.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of various esthetic techniques and modalities.
  • Provide tailored facial treatments based on a deep understanding of ingredients and products.
  • Design personalized treatment plans that cater to individual client requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for every client, aiming for excellence in all treatments.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in treatment areas.
  • Adhere to all state regulations regarding client intake and documentation.
  • Foster positive communication with clients and team members to enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Active New York State Aesthetics License.
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts (full-time positions).
  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices.
