Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Flynn Restaurant Group is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost optimization strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms
  • Conduct spend analysis to identify areas of opportunity for cost reduction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
