Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training sessions related to relevant equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading fabricated materials
• Keep the workspace and machinery in a tidy and organized state
• Operate production machinery following established protocols
• Engage in the CMC Safety Programs and actively promote a culture of safety
• Cross-train on various machines
• Handle rebar fabrication machinery, including shears, benders, cranes, and forklifts

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to undergo cross-training as needed
• Adherence to OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safe practices
• Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Capability to operate fabrication machinery independently
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate ladders
• Proficiency in reading technical documents and manuals
• Familiarity with standard industrial practices and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a heavy industrial setting preferred
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Education Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred.
