Job Overview

Noodles & Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Restaurant Guest Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued
  • Take food orders, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow Noodles & Company's operational policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items, making recommendations to guests as needed
  • Serve food to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring high-quality food and excellent presentation
  • Prepare food items, including prep, noodles, salads, soups, and sandwiches, to meet guest expectations
  • Check food quality and temperatures to ensure food safety and freshness
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and safety procedures
  • Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints, providing solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to prepare the restaurant for each shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture of Noodles & Company
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, contributing to a positive team environment

Requirements
  • Excellent guest service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age requirement of 16 years
