Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic team at Noodles & Company. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and serve food to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including the dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas.
  • Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings to ensure that the restaurant is prepared for each shift and to discuss any issues or concerns.
  • Adhere to Noodles & Company's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.

Requirements
  • Excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
