As a Field Service Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our service operations.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to service center employees, as well as training and development of employees and customers associated with their location.

Responsibilities include customer service in the delivery, pickup and service of medical equipment, including loading and unloading of that equipment in company vehicles.

Administrative duties include performing and assisting in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables and supplies.

In the absence of service center management, the individual in this position serves as the service center designee and assumes the associated responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop service center employees on operational protocols and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide input on employee performance and oversight of the facility to include administrative duties to operational requirements and compliance.
  • Oversee local business operations to include metrics and required use of 3rd party couriers.
  • Prepare medical equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables and documentation for use and return.
  • Prioritize equipment needs to execute daily customer support, including quantity, time frame and resource allocation.
  • Process documentation for delivery and retrieval of products, as well as loading & unloading medical devices and supplies.
  • Maintain appearance of facilities and vehicles, ensuring routine maintenance is completed and recorded as required by policy & procedure.
  • Serve as the service center designee, assuming responsibilities as the person in charge of the location.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a team lead and/or supervisory role in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Current, valid Driver's License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include:

  • Ability to work non-traditional schedule, which may include extended hours on evenings, occasional weekends, and participate in on-call duties.

Work location: Pennsauken, NJ

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic travel

Relocation: Not authorized
