Aveanna Healthcare LPN Nursing Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse with Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for patients
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Provide health education and training to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
