Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital standards. You will work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care and improve patient satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State Bureau of Occupational and Professional Affairs.
- Successful completion of appropriate continuing education specific to job requirements.
- Certified in B.L.S. - C.P.R.
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
