Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Registered Nurse RN Full Time. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Care Plans
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical requirements.
Provide Skilled Nursing CareProvide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, infusions, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes.
Coordinate Care with Healthcare TeamCoordinate care with the patient's physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
Communicate with Patients and FamiliesCommunicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on their care plans and provide emotional support.
Requirements- Active RN License
An active RN license in the state of application is required.
Valid CPR CertificationValid CPR certification is also required.
Preferred Qualifications- Medicare Skilled Nursing Experience
Experience working with Medicare skilled nursing patients is preferred.
Basic Understanding of OasisA basic understanding of Oasis is also preferred.
1-Year RN ExperienceAt least 1 year of RN experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
