Job Description

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St Paul and Minneapolis seeks a Client Advocate Coordinator to provide high-quality customer service to clients in need. The successful candidate will work under general supervision to maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service to all clients by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Ensure the facility remains a clean, safe, and secure environment for clients by enforcing rules and policies consistently.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to address programmatic concerns and facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
  4. Assist coworkers with administrative tasks, such as recording time worked and resolving issues related to the timekeeping system.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills related to client services, safety protocols, and program-specific training.
  6. Respond to incidents and submit reports promptly and accurately, serving as a mandated reporter when necessary.
  7. Perform regular safety checks to ensure the security of clients and staff, utilizing conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to manage crisis situations.
About You
  • Able to work effectively with diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and/or mental illness.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to accurately collect, enter, and report client data into electronic systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Success in previous roles involving customer-facing work, case management, or similar responsibilities preferred.

The estimated annual salary range is $41,120 - $47,296, based on experience.
