Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives
- Grasp our business strategy and offer sound people-related recommendations
- Develop clear, actionable steps to help us achieve our goals
- Partner with Leadership, HR, employees, and vendors to foster a collaborative and empowering environment
- Build and maintain communication channels that enhance employee engagement
What We're Looking For:
- Passionate about People: You have a knack for nurturing talent, developing future leaders, and are always figuring out ways to help others grow
- Proven HR Expertise: With at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment, you've made significant contributions in a multi-site structure
- Legal Savvy: You're well-versed in employment laws and regulations
- Adaptable & Ethical: You thrive in dynamic environments and approach challenges with integrity and a solutions-focused mindset
- Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with HR technology and ready to leverage it for success
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is ideal
