Suite Supervisor Job Description

The Suite Supervisor role is a key position within our hospitality team, responsible for ensuring seamless food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Direct management of staff, with a focus on customer interaction and satisfaction.
  • Maintenance and control of high-volume food and beverage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
  • Training and education on responsible service of alcoholic beverages, with a focus on compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Development and enforcement of standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
  • Ensuring accurate POS and reconciliation procedures are documented and enforced.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to maintain company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Conducting physical audits of inventory and product, with a focus on research and reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience working with POS systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Personable, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Punctual and dependable, with a strong commitment to personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and put away parcels weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and use a computer workstation for extended periods.
  • Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity.
