Job Title: Construction Field Manager

Starlight Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Field Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our home building processes, ensuring that our homes are built to the highest quality standards and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage construction activities to ensure timely completion of homes
  • Manage and coordinate with trade contractors to ensure compliance with scopes of work, schedules, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide feedback to trade contractors
  • Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in a production builder environment
  • Valid/Active Driver's License
  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software

Working Conditions:

  • Work is typically performed on construction sites, with occasional work in a typical office environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
