Responsibilities- Develop and maintain personal banking relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them to purchase bank products that meet their needs.
- Utilize each customer interaction as an opportunity to introduce additional products and services, broadening the relationship and driving business growth.
- Serve customers from the teller line, completing a variety of financial transactions while adhering to technical and operational guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals, leveraging bank promotions and adhering to outlined sales flow.
- Participate in branch activities, development, and training programs, staying up-to-date on Univest products and services.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalency.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Experience in Retail Sales or Telemarketing with proven sales results.
- Strong written/verbal/organizational skills.
- Previous experience with MS Office Suite.
- Neat, professional appearance following established guidelines for appropriate dress.
