  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment or participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospital acute care experience, preferably in ICU/PCU, Med/Surg, or other high-acuity settings.
