The Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join its diagnostic imaging team.
This role involves preparing equipment, providing patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment in a state-of-the-art cardiovascular program.
The ideal candidate will have certifications in Radiologic Technology and Basic Life Support, as well as a commitment to professional development and patient safety.

We are nestled at the Southern border of the Oklahoma City metro area and have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Technologist to expand our cardiovascular program.
Our new state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower features three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms.
Responsibilities- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition. Prepares, positions and provides patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students and participates in the orientation of new staff.
- Maintains strong professional working relationship with the physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
