Job Title: Medical Instructor/Operator

Job Summary:

Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Medical Instructor/Operator to join our team. As a Medical Instructor/Operator, you will be responsible for providing training support services for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC), which carries out medical instruction and skill validation for the 68W Combat Medic in accordance with accepted medical practices established by the US Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) Directorate of Simulation Directorate (DOS) under the Combat Medic Sustainment Division (CMSD).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide training support services for the MSTC, including instruction and skill validation for the 68W Combat Medic.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for the MSTC, including curriculum development, instructional design, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are accurate, relevant, and effective.
  • Conduct training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional guides, training manuals, and visual aids.
  • Provide technical support for the MSTC, including troubleshooting and maintenance of training equipment and facilities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Physician.
  • Experience in medical education and training, preferably in a military or healthcare setting.
  • Strong instructional design and delivery skills, including the ability to develop and deliver training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts, students, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate training programs and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in simulation-based training, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Experience with training evaluation and assessment methods.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
