Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
  • Develop budgets for each department, analyze M&A transactions, and lead the integration process for acquired companies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance and strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with M&A transactions and integration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
