About the RoleiCapital seeks a highly skilled and driven Fund Origination professional to support its expanding registered and direct fund business. This newly created role within the Client Success organization will report directly to a Vice President on the Fund Origination team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the onboarding and product lifecycle of various alternative investment vehicles across structures and asset classes prevalent in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead new registered and direct onboarding projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with key clients, including asset managers, wealth managers, and their service providers, to communicate processes, recommend best practices, and manage project execution.
- Drive prioritization and support building procedures within the iCapital ecosystem related to adding new funds, product structures, expanding distribution channels, and lifecycle management.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert on the platform and products supported.
- Leverage experience to shape iCapital's service offering across various fund structures.
- Prepare and present new funds to decision-making groups.
- Assist in ad hoc fund launch activities.
- Contribute to the rollout of new platform functionality impacting fund launch and lifecycle management processes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management and/or development experience with exposure to fund administration, fund management, or custodial relationships.
- Experience in alternative investments with a focus on various fund structures is essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual accustomed to project work with tight deadlines.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
