Banyan Treatment Centers, a renowned leader in addiction treatment, is seeking skilled Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team in Colorado. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our facility and collaborate with the Treatment Team.

Job Summary

This Per-diem position requires a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle history. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will monitor patient activities, assist with patient schedules, conduct 1:1 interactions, and maintain accurate records of patient behaviors and whereabouts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to patients.
  • Monitor and document patient behaviors to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Conduct headcounts, as instructed by Management, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Promote and support patient safety consistently.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deescalate situations.
  • Provide emotional support to patients, referring to Clinical.
  • Communicate with Nursing and Medical if medical assistance is needed.
  • Assist with patient transportation, as needed.
  • Conduct urine drug screenings and supervise medication self-administration.
Requirements
  • A safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with motor vehicle insurance requirements.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $17 - $20.
