Job Title: Travel Nurse RN ED - Emergency Department

Job Summary:

This travel nurse position is for a 13-week assignment in Las Cruces, New Mexico. As a Travel Nurse RN ED - Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop and implement effective care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in emergency nursing.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in Emergency Department nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments.
