Job Summary:

The Travel Nurse RN ED - Emergency Department will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the emergency department, assessing patients' conditions, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and administering medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico.
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in the emergency department.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
