Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading new product development projects from conception to production launch, providing hands-on mechanical engineering support, and developing and implementing cost reduction and continuous improvement actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new product development projects from product conception through production launch.
  • Provide hands-on mechanical engineering support and solutions to manufacturing and sales.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement actions.
  • Lead or participate in key product and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of the product development process and the use of project management tools.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems involved with designed, engineered, and built-to-order industrial equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pro-Engineer/Creo 3D modeling experience.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing initiatives (continuous improvement and Six Sigma).
