ROLE SUMMARY:
Monica Kaplan - State Farm Agent is on the lookout for a driven Producer who can identify prospects and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your expertise in insurance offerings and market trends will enable you to engage with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver maximum value. You may also play a role in formulating strategies and setting targets for our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success on a daily basis.
- Partner with your agency's team to foster successful, long-term client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets preferred
- Ability to effectively connect with customers
- Property & Casualty license required
