Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team as a Case Manager Nurse Specialist for Acute Care. This role requires strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between hospital stays and post-discharge planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in case management or discharge planning, preferably in acute hospital settings.
- General MS, ICU, acute care case manager or discharge planner experience (some pedi experience preferred but not required).
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including Continuum of Care Services and other ANMC departments.

Others: BLS certification is required for all specialties. ER/ED RNs, ICU/CCU RNs, MS/TELE RNs, Respiratory Care Techs require AHA or ARC certification. NICU, PICU & RRT require certification; PEDS does not require it starting January 2024.
