Key Responsibilities- Production Operations: Oversee production operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Quality Control: Maintain the quality of the final product, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry standards.
- Facilities and Equipment: Safeguard facilities, equipment, products, and co-workers by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized production area.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and logs through real-time documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Training and Development: Train new technicians in finished goods filtration and packing, and maintain up-to-date training records.
- Process Improvement: Support new processes and initiatives to enhance production efficiency and foster a company culture that aligns with our values.
- Education: High School diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of applicable experience.
- Skills: Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities; strong independent and team-working skills; familiarity with solutions, reagents, and chemistry concepts; knowledge of ISO standards and other applicable regulations.
