  • Reserve Management: Calculate and assign appropriate reserves for claims, ensuring ongoing adequacy throughout the claim lifecycle.
  • Benefit Calculation: Determine and disburse benefits due, ensuring timely payments and adjustments.
  • State Filings: Prepare necessary filings in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Litigation Management: Oversee the litigation process to guarantee effective and timely resolution of claims.
  • Vendor Coordination: Facilitate vendor referrals for further investigation or litigation management as needed.
  • Cost Containment: Employ strategic vendor partnerships and cost containment techniques to minimize overall claims expenses.
  • Client Communication: Maintain professional relationships with clients and communicate claim activities effectively.
Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in handling commercial auto/general liability claims.

Licensing: Must possess an active adjuster license for Florida and/or Texas.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
